The short answer
Reputation is built for brands with many locations: dealer groups, health systems, restaurant chains, banks, senior living. Its plans are modules you stack: reviews and listings in the base plan, then insights, surveys, social, ticketing and competitor tracking on top.
ReplyChamp does one of those jobs, replying to Google reviews, for $7 per location per month, and you sign up yourself. For one location, that’s the difference between about $960 a year and $70.
Reputation pricing vs ReplyChamp
Reputation publishes per-location prices for three plans, but every plan’s button is “Talk to Sales”, and its pricing page doesn’t state contract terms or a free trial.

|---|---|---|
| Rep Core | $80 per location per month | Review management (collecting, requesting and AI responding) and business listings with local SEO |
| Rep Core + Pulse | $115 per location per month | Adds Reputation Insights, the AI Reputation Manager, Pulse analytics and a basic customer survey |
| Rep Core + Surveys | $150 per location per month | Adds advanced surveys, email survey requests and targeted outreach |

| ReplyChamp | $7 per location per month, or $70 a year | A drafted reply to every new Google review, in your voice. Auto-reply only for the ratings you choose. First 10 replies free, cancel any time |
Competitive insights, ticketing, social, premium review sources and managed services are listed as add-ons without prices. Ask for them in writing on the sales call.

What “per location” means when you have one location
Per-location pricing is fair for a brand with 200 sites: each location pays for its share. With one location, the base plan is still $80 a month, or about $960 a year, before any add-ons. Most of what that buys, like listings sync, location pages and survey tools, is built for a marketing team running many sites.
If you only need one part, replying to your Google reviews, you can pay for that part alone. ReplyChamp is $70 a year for one location.
Which Reputation plan would you need?
- Rep Core if you want reviews and listings handled together. This is the plan that includes AI responding.
- Rep Core + Pulse if you want scores and insights across locations, and the AI Reputation Manager.
- Rep Core + Surveys if you run customer surveys after visits and want them tied to your reviews.
When Reputation is the better choice
- You run dozens or hundreds of locations and need one view of all of them.
- You want reviews, listings, location pages, surveys and social in one contract.
- You have a marketing team that will run the platform day to day.
If that’s you, Reputation is built for your scale. Ask for a written quote that includes add-ons and contract length.
When ReplyChamp is the better choice
- You own one or a few locations and answer your own reviews.
- Google is where most of your reviews are.
- You want to start today, without a sales call.
- You want to approve the hard replies yourself and let the thank-yous go out on their own.
Every draft waits for you until you’ve approved 10. After that, auto-reply posts only the ratings you pick. 1–2★ reviews wait for you unless you deliberately choose All reviews, and reviews about health, safety, legal threats or refunds always wait.
