How ReplyChamp treats your reviews
- Replies post in your name, on your own Google Business Profile. Any draft can be approved, edited, or skipped with “Don't reply”.
- Auto-reply is off until you turn it on, and only after you've approved 10 drafts. Then 3★ and up can post on their own, and 1–2★ reviews wait for you unless you choose to automate every rating.
- Health or safety, legal threats and refund disputes wait for your approval at every setting, whatever the stars.
- Drafts are trained on replies you wrote yourself, so they sound like you.
