Your reply

Your reply will appear here. Read it, tweak anything that doesn’t sound like you, then copy it.

  1. 1Open your Google Business Profile and find the review.
  2. 2Click Reply, paste, and make any edits you like.
  3. 3Post it. It appears publicly under the review, from your business.

Reply to every review automatically, in your voice.

ReplyChamp drafts a reply to each new Google review the way you write. Sensitive reviews always wait for your approval, and auto-reply only runs if you turn it on, after you've approved 10 drafts.

No credit card. Then $15 per location per month, or $150 per year.

Four habits of great review replies

The generator gets you a first draft. These make the difference between a reply and a good one.

Reply while it still matters

A reply a few days after the review shows the reviewer, and everyone reading after them, that someone is paying attention. Pick a regular time each week so it never piles up.

Mention one real detail

Name the dish, the stylist or the job they described. One specific detail proves you read the review; a generic thank-you reads like it was written for anyone.

Take complaints offline, kindly

For a bad experience, acknowledge it, apologize for how it felt, and invite them to contact you directly. Skip the back-and-forth in public, and never argue about the facts.

Keep it short and keep it yours

Two or three sentences is plenty. Read the draft out loud: if it doesn't sound like something you'd say at the counter, change it until it does.

Questions? Answers.

Is the reply generator really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and no card. To keep it free for everyone, each visitor can write a limited number of replies per hour and per day.

Do you save the review I paste?

No. The text you paste is sent to our AI provider only to write the reply. We don't store the review or the reply, and we never post anything to Google for you.

Can I edit the reply before posting it?

You should. Treat it as a first draft: change any word that doesn’t sound like you, then copy it and post it from your Google Business Profile.

Does it work for negative reviews?

Yes. Pick the star rating the reviewer gave. For 1 to 3 stars the reply leads with empathy, avoids arguing, and invites the customer to get in touch with you directly.
