Questions owners ask
Does it post replies for me?
No. It puts a draft in Google’s reply box. Nothing appears on Google until you press Post reply, and you can change or delete the draft first.
Which Google account do I use?
Use Chrome with the Google account that manages your Business Profile, the one you already reply to reviews with. If you sign in to ReplyChamp for more drafts, use that same account. ReplyChamp is built for owners replying to their own reviews, not for agencies.
What about negative reviews?
Every draft waits in Google’s box for you to read, so a 1- or 2-star review never gets a reply you haven’t seen. The draft stays calm and specific. You decide whether to post it, change it, or not reply at all.
What does the extension see, and what is kept?
Only the review you press Draft on: its text, star rating, the reviewer’s public name and your business name, sent to ReplyChamp to write the draft. We don’t store the review or the draft. The extension doesn’t read other pages or track your browsing. The full details are in our privacy policy.
